A pool safety certificate verifies that your pool fencing is in accordance with the current pool safety legislation and standards.

Whether you are buying, selling, leasing, or residing in a property, you are required to undergo a pool safety inspection conducted by a licensed pool safety inspector to obtain the certificate.

In Queensland, all properties must adhere to pool safety standards and have a valid pool safety certificate as of December 1st, 2010.

Upon passing the pool safety inspection, your certificate of compliance will be immediately valid.
